Type A support rings

Type A support rings prevent sap build-up and the build-up of dirt on the carrying rollers and ensure a straight run in the bottom strand. Support rings (rubber rings) from Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH are permanently attached to the carrying roller and stand out for their abrasion resistance. In addition to the proven standard, we also manufacture special-quality rings, such as white food quality rings, oil and grease-resistant rings and rings for extreme temperature ranges (-40–180°C).

Support rings for type B carrying rollers

Carrying rollers fitted with type B support rings are used as bottom belt rollers. They are generally placed on the ends of the carrying rollers. Polyurethane support rings

Polyurethane is ideal for the conveyor industry due to its abrasion resistance and durability. Support rings for carrying rollers made of polyurethane stand out for their extreme durability. In addition, the material is largely resistant to mineral and vegetable oils.

Buffer rings

Buffer rings absorb the drop energy of the conveyed material and thus protect the belt from damage. Support rings (rubber rings) from Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH are permanently attached to the carrying roller and stand out for their abrasion-resistance.

Support shims

Support shims on carrying rollers bridge larger distances to the conveyor belt. They support the belt and are preferably used with corrugated edge belts or profiled conveyor belts in the lower run. Spiral rings

Spiral rings are used to clean conveyor belts when mounted on standard carrying rollers. When the carrying roller is turned, the spiral rings transport the dirt from the centre of the belt to the outside through tumbling movements.
