HM scrapers
Primary scrapers
Primary scrapers are used to clean conveyors:
- Gentle on the belt
- Require little space
- Suitable for reversible conveyors
- With high-quality, hard metal
- Highly flexible thanks to PU-hard metal segments, designed specifically for tough stuck-on material or in difficult or tight spaces, resilient segments
- Constant uniform contact pressure thanks to a compression spring (automatically regulates the contact pressure)
- High cost savings (barely any cleaning below the conveyors, reduces misalignment, prevents dirt sticking to drums and carrying rollers)
Areas of application:
Sand, gravel, clay, brickworks, asphalt mixing plants, plaster, cement, glass industry, recycling, compost, incineration, sand-lime brick, steelworks, coal mining, iron ore
Secondary scrapers
For efficient conveyor cleaning:
- Gentle on the belt
- Require little space
- Consistently high-quality hard metal bar with constant uniform contact pressure thanks to rubber rotating elements (automatically regulates the contact pressure)
- High cost savings (barely any cleaning below the conveyors — the secondary belt scraper reduces misalignment and prevents dirt sticking to drums and carrying rollers

Inner belt scrapers
Like bottom belt scrapers but used on the inner belt to prevent dirt sticking and damage to the tail pulleys
Curved scrapers
Like standard scrapers but with a curved bar
Quick-clean scrapers
Like secondary scrapers, except the scraper can be folded/dropped down from the conveyor for cleaning without tools or aids.
Cleaning completed in just a few minutes, e.g. recycling of sheeting
Heat-resistant scrapers
Like secondary scrapers, for applications at temperatures between 65°C and 270°C, e.g. mixing drums in asphalt mixing plants
Heated scrapers
Like secondary scrapers, but the scraper is operated with a heater to prevent ice from forming and material from freezing on the scraper.
